2. Server Log Files

Our hosting provider automatically collects the following data when you visit this website:

This data is required for the technically error-free operation of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and is typically deleted automatically after 7–14 days. It is not merged with other data sources.

3. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no cookies for analytics.

4. Analytics

We use Umami to count page views. Umami runs on our own server (stats1.kilo-moana.com) within the EU; no data is passed to third parties. It sets no cookies, does not use device fingerprinting, and does not store IP addresses — only aggregated figures such as page, referrer, country, browser and screen size. Individual visitors cannot be identified or recognised on a later visit. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are used (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

5. Spotify Player (click to load)

Release pages offer a Spotify player, but it is not loaded automatically. Nothing is sent to Spotify until you actively click the player. Without that click, your browser makes no connection to Spotify at all.

If you do click, your browser connects to Spotify (Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, SE-111 53 Stockholm, Sweden) and transmits your IP address; Spotify may set cookies. If you are logged into Spotify, your visit may be linked to your account. By clicking you consent to this transfer (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR); you can withdraw your consent at any time by not using the player.

All fonts are delivered from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service takes place.
